✨ Building with AI Tools: Intermediate Applications

Artificial intelligence can support far more than occasional writing or research tasks. Today’s tools can help create images and multimedia, analyse documents, prepare presentations and connect the stages of a professional workflow. This course shows you how to bring those capabilities together to complete work more effectively.

Building with AI Tools: Intermediate Applications takes you beyond individual prompts. You will learn how to choose tools for different tasks, develop written and visual content, create audio and video, improve your prompts and build repeatable workflows. The course also introduces multimodal AI, reasoning tools and AI agents, with a practical focus on where they help and where careful review is needed.

Throughout the course, you will work with AI as a professional assistant while retaining control of the result. You will explore how to check accuracy, protect sensitive information, consider bias and rights, and decide when human approval is essential.

By the end, you will have a clearer approach to selecting AI tools and combining them in your own work. The skills you develop will help you adapt your workflows as the technology changes, while maintaining the judgement, creativity and accountability that good professional work requires.
